Published August 27, 2008 02:23 pm - Andrew Chamra, an Oskaloosa High School senior, shakes hands with Fred Lundt, chairman of the Iowa Agricultural Development Authority, at the 28th annual Iowa Agricultural Youth Institute held June 9-12 on the Iowa State University campus. This year’s theme was, “Where is Agriculture Taking You? IAYI...The Journey Begins.” Seventy-two delegates were selected, including Andrew Chamra. Selection was based on academic achievement, school and community involvement and recommendations from school officials or organization representatives.
