The Oskaloosa Area Chamber & Development Group Diplomats invite all Chamber members and their employees to join them for Business After Hours Thursday, June 19, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Hosting this month are the participants in the Main Street Marathon Makeover: Brown’s Shoe Fit, Hunter’s, Mathew Carpet/Marjies Menagerie and The Hall Tree by Geri. Make plans to visit the newly redecorated downtown businesses.

Thanks to Iowa State University design/marketing students, Main Street Iowa, Main Street Oskaloosa, family and friends the businesses all have a fresh new look. You’ll enjoy refreshments and door prizes at each location.

After Business After Hours you will want to stop at the City Square at 7:15 to hear a presentation by Mike Gipple of the Mahaska Conservation Board. Oskaloosa City Band performs at 8 p.m. Enjoy lemonade by Hawkeye Real Estate, ice cream from FACE, and popcorn from 1st National Bank Midwest. Thursday nights in Oskaloosa are always an enjoyable time.
