Chris and Phyllis Ver Steegh, of New Sharon, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Jackie Ver Steegh, to Mark Osam, son of Martin and Emily Osam, of Ames.
The couple met while attending the University of Iowa, and they currently reside in Des Moines.
A wedding is set for May 31.
