Published February 20, 2008 12:20 pm - Land Transfer Clarifications In Feb. 18’s land transfers it was noted that Bill and Ray’s Auto Service conveyed to First Church of the Nazarene land in Oskaloosa for more than $444,000, filed on Feb. 13. The precise amount for the land sale was $1 million. Also, in the land transfers, Korey and Monica Wolfe conveyed to Kabal Cauchan and Mandeep Kaur land in Oskaloosa for between $74,501 and $75,000. In the Feb. 18 edition, it read the sale was for between $97,501 and $75,000.
