Published May 09, 2008 11:03 am - Ottumwan to speak to Mahaska Homelessness Coalition The Oskaloosa Herald OSKALOOSA — Pauline Spurgeon will talk at the Mahaska Homelessness Coalition Meeting on Monday, May 12, at noon in the United Way conference room.
Pauline is the director of the Ottumwa Outreach. Ottumwa Outreach serves lunch and dinner meals five days a week to those who need food in Ottumwa. They are also working to remodel the upstairs of the building that will house homeless men.
