  <description>Laura Tucker, a senior at Oskaloosa High School, has earned a four-year scholarship of up to $7,000 per year to the University of Northern Iowa. The MCaPS Scholarship, goes to students who will major in chemistry, biochemistry, computer science, earth science, mathematics or physics. UNI professor of astronomy and associate dean of the College of Natural Sciences Siobahn Morgan said the scholarship goes to top students and is funded by a National Science Foundation grant.
