Published April 25, 2008 07:24 am - Tom Holdsworth, of Oskaloosa, shot this turkey at 9 a.m. on Friday, April 18, on the first day of the second turkey season. The turkey weighed 28 pounds and had a 9 1/2 inch beard and 3/4-inch spurs. The turkey that didn't get away The Oskaloosa Herald
